The Rolex Materials Corporation (A Group Company of Rolex Alloys International) since 1976 is an international industrial distributor & stockholder of sheets, plates, pipes, tubes, bars, fittings & flanges. The Group is active in practically all sectors of industry. The customer is the focus of all activities of the company. The Group's customer oriented approach is supported by the extensive range of products - both in types and sizes - that it handles and the comprehensive service package it offers.
Rolex Materials was initially set up to provide an unrivalled service, specifically for the stock items, or fast track manufacture, supplied fully tested to project specifications.

At the Rolex Materials Corporation Group two functions are of importance. The company has its origins as a distributor, which carries a wide range of products. In more than 30 years Rolex Materials has built up a wealth of knowledge and expertise in products and their applications, markets, suppliers and distribution. These core competences have enabled Rolex Materials to develop a second role, that of logistic specialist. In addition to supplying products, Rolex Materials today also focuses on the provision of specialist services and project management. The aim is to provide a customized service, which is geared to the needs of the customer
Dynamic development
The company was founded in 1976 in Mumbai India, and today has an extensive network of locations spread throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Australia and North America. In total the group has 20 locations, the majority of which maintain inventories ranging from carbon steel, alloy steel, special steel to stainless steel products. By responding actively to the requirements of the market, the Group has grown into a specialist multinational employing about 200 staff and generating a turnover of USD 50 million. Rolex Materials supplies its products and services to companies in a wide range of sectors including the petrochemical, chemical, energy, offshore, shipbuilding, mechanical and light engineering, construction, infrastructure, agricultural, transportation, food production, furniture, pipeline installation and trading sectors.

EN10204 3.1 Mill Test Report, NACE MR-0175, European Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/EC, AD2000-WO, ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code Section-II Part-A Edition 2007, with 3.2 certificate duly certified & approved by LRS-Lloyd's Register, GL-Germanischer Lloyd, BV-Bureau Veritas, DNV-Det Norske Veritas, SGS, TUV, ABS, RINA, IRS
Quality System
Certification is a pre requisite in our business. As a standard, all the items supplied by ourselves are accompanied with ISO10474 / EN10204 / DIN50049 3.1 certificates. If required 3.2 certification is also available at an additional premium
Quality assurance is fundamental to our operation. Quality assurance system meets the requirements of the ASME code & in addition most of our mills have been granted the Quality System Certificate (Materials) for the nuclear materials manufacture. In addition operate a quality management system which is fully approved to BS EN ISO 9001-2000 by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA)
